Job Description
- Collaborate in administrative tasks related to provisioning. 
- Process the information required for personnel administration and aspects of human resource. 
- Record and file the unit’s administrative documentation. 
- perform administrative tasks directly related to the unit’s processes. 
Maintains Personnel files in compliance with applicable requirements. 
accurate and statistical information. 
- follow up with all employees trying to facilitate any complains Through company policy & procedures. 
- Prepare annual headcount plan. 
- Execute all instructions related to governmental authorities such as labor office & social insurance office
Skills
Education : High Degree 
Languages : Very Good command of English 
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communications.
